Returns and Refunds
In case you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days*, from the date you receive your package, to return your products.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
– You can send an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw, to the e-mail address info@apiedinudinelparco.com, requesting the return of the product giving reasons for this request.
– The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and that is in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, provided with the original packaging of labels and tags still attached to the product.
– Prepare the box by affixing our warehouse address sheet on the outside.

REFUND
Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timelines may vary due to transportation delays in the case of holidays or force majeure, nevertheless, we want to reassure you that we will always continue our efforts to limit these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to refund the item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product was returned due to defect, the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. All payments made against the returned items will be refunded, including delivery costs if the purchaser decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller, it being understood that we will charge you for any patrimonial decrease in the value of the item, in which case we will refund only the residual value of the product. The disbursement of the refund takes approximately 14 days from the inspection of the item made. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card or Paypal Express).
The return of items to APIEDINUDINELPARCO. must be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which the request for withdrawal was made. The deadline is met if the goods were shipped before the expiration of the 14-day period. To be safe, always keep the shipping receipt.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In the case of Return for Withdrawal, shipping costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the end customer. The return will be the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.
DAMAGED PRODUCT:
In case of Return for wrong, damaged or defective product, the shipping costs are our responsibility. Will be refunded in addition to the value of the products purchased also the amount related to the logistics costs incurred for the delivery of the order, if the returned product was the only one in the order. In addition, transportation costs for the return will not be charged.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
In case of defects and/or non-conformity, you will be entitled to the restoration of the conformity of the product, by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
If you have received a damaged, nonconforming, defective or incorrect product, you may request a repair or replacement or a refund of the item. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relevant delivery, it being understood that your action directed to assert the aforementioned defects of conformity is prescribed in any case within the term of twenty-six months from the relevant delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions set out in the preceding paragraph – “Request for Return” – reporting as a specific reason “Damaged, non-conforming or wrongly sent product” and attaching one or more pictures of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the procedure is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the instructions to proceed with the shipment.
Authorization to return the product will in no way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.
We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks to verify the actual nonconformity of the returned product.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will make the refund by the same method of payment used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
